I had such a great experience getting my eyebrows microbladed! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was clean, welcoming, and professional. Shannon took the time to carefully map out my brows and explain the entire process in great detail so I felt comfortable and confident before we started. Shannon was incredibly precise and made sure the shape matched my face perfectly. The procedure itself was much easier than I expected, and she checked in with me throughout to make sure I was doing okay. I’m absolutely thrilled with the way they look on the first day, I can only imagine how happy I will be when they are completely healed!

Shannon is The Best! Going to her studio feels more like visiting your Bestie who happens to be the best PMU artist around! My hair salon recommended Shannon to me in 2023 even though they were just starting to offer microblading as well. I had my second service with Shannon at the new shop. She and the space are so welcoming. 💖 From start to finish, you get undivided and personalized treatment while ensuring your safety and comfort throughout the service from someone who is a master of her craft from face mapping, to skin undertones, customizing pigments, application, aftercare and everything else in between. Last Monday I had my brows done my Shannon, I’m 71 years old and never had a tattoos so I did not know what to expect. I’ve had trouble with uneven eyebrows for years And have tried and tried with make up to make them look better. I walked into Shannon‘s cute little shop and the first thing she said is all I wanna do is make you feel comfortable and I can’t tell you how comfortable I was by the time I left. She explains every detail to its fullest so you understand what she’s doing and what to expect. It took about 2 hours and it’s the best two hours I have ever spent on myself. I absolutely love my brows. I go back in six weeks for a touchup, but I honestly don’t know what more Shannon could do to make them look better, but I trust in her. I Live on the other side of Ohio and drove 4 1/2 hours to go to her , It was worth the trip. I’ve checked several places in the Columbus Ohio area and couldn’t find anybody under $1000 that I felt comfortable with. Her prices are very reasonable, and her place is outstanding, Shannon is kind and comforting. I would suggest her to any of my friends and family. All I can say is thank you Shannon you’ve made my mornings a lot easier, not having to mess with my brows. Now it’s make up and go.

I have thought about doing this for a year but was really nervous. I finally booked my apt. and am so happy I did. Shannon is absolutely wonderful. She is so sweet and down to earth. She made me so comfortable and relaxed. I knew instantly that I would love her. She is super professional and a perfectionist. She is super honest with you and will tell you what you need. I cannot recommend Shannon enough! This is the 2nd or 3rd time she has done my eyebrows over the years. The night before my appointment I texted her, "I'm so excited for tomorrow I could cry!" - and I meant it. The new "Brow & Skin Company by Shannon" location in Cranberry is gorgeous and makes you feel right at home. Shannon takes the time to discuss your goals and gives you feedback before starting. I went in for a microblading touchup, but after talking for awhile she said... "Elyse, based off what you're telling me, I really think you want a combo brow." What!?! That made me nervous. LOL I was afraid I'd end up with "clip art" opaque eyebrows. She then took the time to explain the difference I'd see in results, the process, and why she felt that's what I was really looking for and - she was right! I am so in love with my new brows. Shannon puts your mind at ease, has the actively listening skills/patience of a saint (for this very Type A lady here), and genuinely wants you to love the results. That lady gives you quite the royal treatment! She explains things thoroughly, makes sure you're comfortable throughout the process, and is ever-available for any follow up questions/concerns you have. I'm attaching a photo of my results. Shannon has my before/after video posted on her Instagram (I've shown it to everyone) and did a much better job showing them than I did via selfie. My RBF may be strong, but I love, love, love, the results! LOL For anyone out there who is debating... Stop. Just go get your brows done by Shannon! I promise that you'll be in the best of hands and won't regret it.
