this was my second appointment with Heather. I got my eyebrows done the first time about 2 years ago and it was such a great experience. Heather is so personable and thoroughly works with you to make sure the color, shape, everything is just right and how you want it. I absolutely love not having to “put my eyebrows on” every day. 10/10 recommend. The before photos are after 2 years and they still looked great, I just wanted a touch up to bring back the color a bit more. Second set of photos are an hour after the touch up so they will lighten up over the next couple weeks

I have been seeking services from Cosmetic Solutions for more than two decades. Rachel and all of the personnel and technicians that work with her are talented and professional. They have created a spa like setting to make their clients comfortable while offer a variety of services to enhance and restore their beauty. I have had permanent eyeliner, brow, enhancement, and permanent makeup to minimize scarring. Cosmetic Solutions is an amazing resource here in the SouthHills. I have returned to them multiple times over the years because they have truly earned my trust. The results are outstanding. Rachel and her staff take very good care of their clients, both physically and emotionally.

Very tidy place. Everyone is so nice. I've recommended them to a few ppl for teeth whitening already. The kits don't make your teeth sensitive like other brands and they actually work. You will c a difference. I've had my lips tatted also. That's an experience lol. They do a great job on my aunt's eye brows.

Rachel is so skillful and used a combination of microblading techniques to achieve just what I had envisioned. I’m very happy with the results and also really enjoyed Rachel and Renee’s friendly, kind personalities. I’ve been to other brow artists in the Pittsburgh area but would only recommend Cosmetic Solutions!
