Dr. Marc D. Liang, M.D., F.A.C.S: Aesthetic Plastic Surgery of Pittsburgh

I was in the office just before Thanksgiving receiving injections and mentioned my upcoming birthday. Three different employees advised me to take advantage of the complimentary Diamond Glow Facial. I was informed that I could not receive the facial until two weeks after my injections. Yesterday, I called to schedule the appointment, which was a little over two weeks post-injections, only to be told that this service is no longer offered. When I discussed this policy change with the office manager, NATALIE, I found her response to be unprofessional, dismissive, and very condescending. I inquired about the reason for the sudden policy change, and she responded, "It's not sudden." She further compared the situation to a restaurant running out of cookies, saying, "It's like when Eat'n Park runs out of cookies—you don't get a cookie." I found this analogy inappropriate, as the service is a regular offering, not a product the business temporarily lacks. Why did three staff members assure me that I could receive the service two weeks ago? If the policy change was not sudden, why was this information not shared with all staff beforehand? She interrupted me to ask if I had ever worked somewhere where employees suddenly quit or there was a death in the family, emphasizing the word "sudden" to imply this was not a recent change. She also said, "When we offer these nice things to people and they turn it into a problem, it makes me less inclined to provide these services in the future." My intention was not to create a problem but simply to seek clarification regarding why I was no longer eligible for a service that had been promised two weeks earlier. Overall, the conversation was unprofessional and has completely turned me off from thinking about booking any other services here. I will continue to get injections from Robin or Shannon because THEY are lovely.

I had an amazing experience! Such a beautiful office. Greeted by cheerful staff. My facial was so relaxing. The facial massage was like heaven. My face is glowing and my makeup looks amazing. What a difference it makes when you truly pamper yourself. Thank you. I am already looking forward to the next chance I can come in. Ella Diclaudio is amazing!

He was incredibly kind and professional, with a calm confidence that immediately put me at ease. He was also very knowledgeable and intelligent. What stood out the most was that he never tried to sell me on anything — instead, he genuinely listened to what I wanted. When I asked for his opinion, he told me it was ultimately my decision but still offered thoughtful, honest advice. I’m genuinely excited to be working with such a skilled and trustworthy plastic surgeon

Had a visit in July. Cost was 250. When I made appointment they said he applied cost to procedure and did what I needed done. Asked me to come back in two weeks. On return I saw a nurse but no doctor. Said she would look for a doctor for me and call in a few days. She never called back and I followed up and was told she was still working on it. That was July and it's now October. I asked for refund of half the cost and she denied it. I am going to advise BBB as they said I had a right to do that. Do not refer to him .perhaps he's too up in age to do procedure well. I never saw him on second visit and he wD there.?!

Absolutely the best and I can’t imagine ever going anywhere else! I see Lauren and Robin for all my skincare needs. They both do such amazing work and are also just wonderful humans! I always look forward to my appointments as a chance to feel great and also catch up with them. Everyone at the office is always so helpful, accommodating and kind! Highly recommend!!
