Brian V. Heil MD FACS Premier Plastic Surgery, PC

I've had four plastic surgery procedures from Dr. Brian Heil. First I had a breast augmentation done. After my surgery I went to the doctors for months for abscesses. (They are painful and they don't heal without scarring) I also had a loose pocket that caused my implant to drop. I went back to him to fix it and the only way he was able to correct it was doing a different scar location. (I went through the nipple originally to avoid scars) I was forced to go underneath the breast. It left horrible scarring. About three years later I went back because they gave you a 'reoccurring customer discount'. Which sounds great when it comes to something so expensive. I got liposuction that went towards my BBL. (Fourth surgery is more traumatic and I don't feel comfortable sharing how bad) This was a horrible botch job, and this is initially why I am writing the review. After my procedure I went back for my follow ups. And every time I told them it doesn't seem right that my stomach has a line through my entire midsection. They told me it was just swelling and it would go down over time. I went back after the length of time they said I would be fully healed and they told me it's no longer under 'reoccurring customer discount'. They gave me a consultation bill for the surgery bigger than I originally paid for! Just to fix the botch job I received. I live with this daily, I cover my stomach whether it's public or private. I'm so embarrassed the way I look. All the signs were there, I just didn't pay attention. I should've never went back just for a discount that end up botching my body more. Plastic surgery is not cheap regardless, and it's for life!

I reached out to their office to see if I can get my nose fixed. Dr.Heil botched the tip of my nose and I’ve had significant breathing issues since my rhinoplasty. The office said I would have to pay $100 for another consultation. Just upsetting I paid $7,000 to still not like the shape of my nose and my breathing worse… They genuinely only care about the money.

Dr Heil and his staff are all so wonderful. They have made me feel confident and comfortable through every appointment. Everyone has been so kind and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Everyone is super friendly and makes you feel comfortable and welcome. Dr. Heil worked his magic to fix a botched thigh lipo I had scheduled out of convenience with a cosmetic surgeon. Lesson learned cosmetic surgeons are NOT professional plastic surgeons! Dr. Heil listened to my concerns and did his best to address every one. I felt he was truly invested in helping me feel whole again.

Highly recommended. I’ve had two surgeries with Dr. Heil and both were a positive experience. The staff is knowledgeable, professional and kind. They do a great job at keeping you comfortable and easing your mind as you wait in pre-op. The post care instructions were explained throughly. The communication before and after the procedure is top notch. It is obvious through their actions that they care about each patient and the outcome of their surgery. I am looking forward to other procedures with Dr. Heil and his staff.
