I have been going to Mackensie since early 2022 for all my beauty maintenance such as botox, fillers, sofwave, and the newest modality, Avelity. She goes above and beyond in everything she does and it is obvious that she puts 110% into treating her clients. She is extremely knowledgeable in the services she provides and her professionalism, patience, and friendly demeanor put you at ease. She wants her clients to be completely satisfied and will do what it takes to understand your expectations and try her absolute BEST to meet your needs. I will not go to anyone else. And Beautox Aesthetics new location in Warrendale/Cranberry is BEAUTIFUL. It has such a soothing atmosphere and the staff make you feel welcome the minute you walk through the doors. Mackensie is the absolute best at what she does. Shes a wealth of knowledge, expert injector, and doesn’t lock you down to one or two brands like other med spas in the area. She does a superb job at little tweaks with natural results. She’s also always learning, adding new services and products.
