I have had an absolutely phenomenal experience here!!! I started my journey anlmost 2 years ago with Dysport injections in my forehead before my wedding. I’ve since had multiple different treatments including SkinPen and facials. Dr. Healy, Maddy, and Kyrstin are beyond amazing. They are thorough, listen to concerns and explain all of your options in great detail. The appointments are not rushed and very comfortable. Dr. Healy and Maddy always explain each step of the process and what the maintenance going forward looked like. The aftercare instructions are detailed and easy to follow and I was able to text and got an immediate answer for a few follow up questions that I had. My results are nothing short of amazing and I feel so much more confident it’s my skin. I’ve gotten so many compliments and I truly could not be happier. Please don’t hesitate to reach out for a consultation! I cannot recommend Dr. Healy and the whole Pittsburgh Aesthetics team, enough.

As a first-time patient, I was blown away by the 'royal treatment'—I was greeted by the incredibly friendly staff with a small gift, a personalized card, and a tour of the office. Dr. Healy is truly an artist. She is deeply knowledgeable and has a fantastic eye for detail. What I appreciate most was her honesty and her knowledge; she knows exactly which products/services are best to use for the results you’re looking for and takes the time to explain the why. I also highly recommend looking into her membership program. It is an incredible value and such a good deal if you plan on maintaining your results. It makes the investment in your skin feel much more manageable and rewarding. You have to have a lot of trust in someone when it comes to your face, and I have total confidence in Dr. Healy and her team. A 10/10 experience!

Dr. Healy is not only honest and knowledgeable, but also so gentle and reassuring during treatments. She takes her time and truly cares about her patients. The space is beautifully designed. It’s clean, calming, and luxurious. The staff is warm and welcoming from start to finish. Such a wonderful experience!
