Ober Yahr Electrolysis

Spoke to my insurance case manager about electrolysis and was referred to Ober Yahr Electrolysis - Mt. Lebanon (Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania) Jamie and Alyssa were awesome. The ladies made me feel safe and secure during three long and vulnerable sessions. They were very kind and caring. Their machines are EVOLUTION ST350 which are state of the art new and their facility was warm and inviting and above all else clean. I will be returning for further sessions and I would suggest them above anyone else.

I had my very first electrolysis session with Alyssa and it was a great experience! The office is in a convenient location with plenty of parking, which made getting there super easy. I really appreciated the email instructions beforehand they were clear and helped me avoid getting lost. The office itself was clean and welcoming, and I was seen right away, which I loved. Alyssa made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire session. She was extremely accommodating, polite, and such a great conversationalist it really helped calm any nerves I had. I’m definitely looking forward to coming back and continuing with their services. Highly recommend!

Electrolysis by far gives the most effective and satisfying results, out of all the different types of hair removal I've tried (waxing, laser, shaving etc). Not only is the procedure super effective, the staff and environment is comfortable and clean. The staff is friendly, kind, and gentle when performing the procedure. They also take the time to inform you what is happening, and check in with you to see how you're doing throughout your visit. The environment is clean and the waiting rooms are even cozy, welcoming and stylish. Don't waste another dollar on any other type of hair removal besides electrolysis!! I used to have to shave every single day, but now I shave every 9 - 12 days.

Alyssa is truly the best! Every single appointment, she maximizes the booked time for treatment and I always enjoy catching up with her during the session! I am fairly new to the electrolysis process, but Alyssa treats every hair with precision and technique to prevent any scarring, bumps, etc. Thank you Alyssa for making my electrolysis journey such a smooth process!
