As many others approaching their 50-60s, I was unhappy w my hooded eyes. I no longer saw my upper eyelid while putting on make up. I looked tired and angry all the time. When I smiled, my eyes were reduced to small slits. I decided in 2019 to have a consultation at Premiere. The office is beautiful and serene, very relaxing and reassuring that this was a top notch practice. The staff was attentive and kind, as if they could feel my apprehention. Dr Heil listened to my every word, answered my questions, and explained the process in detail- prior to the procedure and through recovery. I was given an estimate and said I would "think about it." Well, I just couldn't do it. What would others think of me? How could I function while healing? What "if" something went wrong, etc Fast forward to May 2025- I made another consultation appointment and met w Dr Heil again- this time I was ready! Again, he explained in detail what to expect before, during, and after. We scheduled for December because that was a slow time for me at work and it would be easier for me to stay home during the healing process. Yes I was scared, but I did it, and could not be happier! The photos are taken day 38 after surgery, and it keeps getting better! In addition to removing the appearance of hooded eyes, I can literally see SO much better! The world is brighter and bigger. I didnt know how severely my vision was being affected. It took me several years to get the courage to have the blepharoplasty, (I had upper and lower), but I am very happy I chose Dr Heil @ Premiere, the care I received was beyond all expectations. I highly recommend them!

The rhinoplasty I had done in 2021 made it harder to breathe and the tip of my nose looks so botched.. it’s upsetting paying so much for something and it making your life harder/ not looking esthetically pleasing. I reached out to the desk lady about seeing if Dr.Heil could fix it and she has acknowledged the first message. Wanting $100 just to see him and she’s ignored every message after that. Do not recommend getting your nose job here!

Dr. Brian Heil and his staff offer the best in quality treatment and personal attention that I feel is available. I traveled from Texas to Pittsburgh for treatment with Dr. Heil and I was not disappointed in any way. I have practiced Oral Surgery for forty years and this is one of the best situations for medical care that I have seen. One of the most important parts of my experience was the fact that Dr. Heil spends a great deal of personal time with his patients. My time with Dr. Heil was not one of today's typical "rushed" medical consults. Dr. Heil made sure that the upcoming surgery was thoroughly understood and that I had every opportunity to ask questions and that I understood my upcoming medical treatment. Dr. Heil effectively uses his ancillary staff in a professional manner and I never felt that was being passed off to one of his assistants for critical portions of my time in his office. His office is a state of the art facility with multiple layers of protection designed to provide his surgical services in the safest manner possible. His staff are friendly, helpful, and very professional. I would highly recommend Dr. Heil for serious consideration as your Plastic Surgeon.

I've had multiple procedures done by Dr. Heil and his team, since 2010, in both of his offices. I could not be more pleased with the work done, results and care that I receive. The staff has always been accommodating with my busy schedule for appointments. In addition, they have addressed any concerns or questions I have, when they arise. Dr. Heil and his staff keep up with the newest procedures and are thoroughly knowledgeable! I have recommended their services to several of my friends!
