Milan Laser Hair Removal

I’ve been a recurring patient at Milan and continue to have such great experiences every time I visit. The environment is always clean, professional, and comfortable, which makes each appointment easy and stress-free. The staff is consistently so kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable, and they truly make you feel cared for. They take the time to answer questions and ensure you’re comfortable throughout the process. I’ve been coming here for laser hair removal for about two years, and every visit has been great. I go every few months, and the staff are always kind, professional, and make me feel completely comfortable. I’m really happy with my experience and highly recommend them. After an awful experience at a private med spa in Robinson Township, I held off on pursuing laser hair removal again. So glad I put my trust in Milan!

The treatment itself has been effective (even with blonde hair 👱🏼‍♀️), but repeated clinic-initiated rescheduling due to laser malfunctions and staffing issues has made it difficult to maintain consistent treatment intervals. As someone paying thousands of dollars and working towards a goal of being 90% hair free by summer 2026 (I’m about 7 or 8 sessions in, purchased in July 2025) this has been frustrating. I was sold on that fact that I could get to 90% hair free by the following summer, but now feel that that will be delayed due to their scheduling issues. I hope scheduling reliability improves moving forward. I had no issues with scheduling while going to Columbus Ohio locations, but since moving to Pittsburgh it has been an issue for my last 2 scheduled appointments, and reschedules are hard for those of us that work normal business hours and require Saturday time slots. Staff is very kind and apologetic and the facility is very clean which I absolutely love! This is really the only downside to consider if you work a 9-5. Adding an update that their customer team called me to apologize for this issue and gave me a little bit of money back for the trouble which i appreciate! Great customer service. Obviously they can’t change the fact that this happened, but doing something to make it right counts!

I had an excellent experience. The staff was very friendly and professional; they explained the entire procedure and made me feel comfortable at all times. The place is clean and well organized, and the results have been very good so far. I definitely recommend this place and will be returning for my next sessions

I had my first session today and it was amazing! I was skeptical but it was smooth and so good! Lindsey who did my session was so nice and friendly. She made me comfortable and by the end of it we were laughing and enjoying the whole process! It is quick and fun!
