I had such a great experience here and felt like I had to leave a review. I ended up running late to my appointment (completely my fault), and I was worried I would have to reschedule. But the staff was incredibly kind and understanding. They still worked me into their schedule and made sure I was taken care of, which I really appreciated. Everyone there was so friendly and professional, and they made the whole process comfortable and easy. You can tell they truly care about their clients and go out of their way to provide great service. The treatment itself was quick, and everything was explained clearly so I felt really at ease. I’m so grateful they were willing to accommodate me even though I was late. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for tattoo removal. Although my tattoo removal process is still ongoing, I’ve had an amazing experience so far. The team is knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly supportive, and they always take the time to explain each step, which makes the process feel comfortable and stress-free. I just hit my 1 year mark going to removery and am so happy with the progress we've been making. Jenny is amazing. She's been doing this for many years and is very knowledgeable and helpful. I have 3 tattoos that I'm in the process of removing, all different in color, shape, size and density. Jenny has a great approach when working on all of them. She's often training a new technician when I go to see her, most often from states all over the country so you know she's great at what she does. I went with an unlimited package and go about once a month. It can be difficult to book since this location is popular and they only have one laser. I really wish they could expand their space to accommodate their growing clientele.

I just went in for a consult today. I spoke with Amanda and she was very knowledgeable about the whole process. I have a huge butterfly on my thigh I’m looking to get lightened for a cover up and she gave me some great options regarding sessions. Definitely will be back when I schedule my removal!

One of the most friendly staffs you’ll encounter, it really stands out! They also gave me lots of great Info before my first appointment, and always check in after each session. They make it all very pleasant! Would recommend.
