I would recommend Ott Family Dentistry to everyone especially those who dread fillings and dental appointments. Dr Gupta is so kind and genuinely cares about his patients and their health. I have been having sensitivity from a past filling (not done by him) and he was very attentive to it and scheduled a 6 week phone call to check up on it. I went in for a filling today and they introduced a new technology that lasered the cavity. No numbing, no needles, no pain. It took maybe 30 seconds and it was done.

The dentist I had been seeing for 8 years had retired. Dr. Gupta’s practice had inherited my retired dentists patients . I am happy to say that the customer service, knowledge and the dental care are the best I ever had in my 45 years of life. They also have the latest technology for dental care. I also like that they play chill house music in the office. 😊

Dr. Gupta and the entire team are professional, gentle, and truly care about their patients' comfort and long-term oral health. They take the time to explain everything clearly and make sure you're at ease every step of the way. Unprofessional, disorganized, and not nice. I was excited to try this dentist since they advertised as being a holistic dentistry but I was quickly disappointed. I needed xrays and they were having a hard time taking them since apparently I have a small mouth and they needed a smaller sensor to take the photos. Dr. Gupta said he would order the pediatric sensor and I could come back and try again. When I came back he didn’t have the smaller size despite saying he would get that one. So instead she tried jamming the sensor that was apparently too large, into my mouth to get xrays again. Obviously it didnt work. So they then moved me and took a Panoramic and a CT scan. Never once explaining the price and that they would be charging me for all of these xrays, including the ones that didnt work. After they got the xrays they needed, Dr. Gupta was supposed to call me back to go over treatment options. After a week of hearing nothing I called and they said he would call me back. Nothing. I called again a few days later and he ended up calling me back almost 2 weeks after he was originally supposed to call. He referred me to another location to get a treatment option that he doesn’t offer. I needed OTT to send my xrays to the new office so I called and they sent them incorrectly. I had to call several times to try and get them to send them the right way so the other dentistry could view them. They sent them blurry, too small, in a locked document. I don’t know how you can be a dentistry and not know how to transfer xrays. They never ended up sending them correctly and I have to get new ones taken at the other office. So not only did i get charged for all of the xrays OTT messed up, now I have to pay to get MORE taken because they cant figure out how to send them correctly. Lastly, I needed to talk to Dr. Gupta before I decided to go through with a treatment plan at another dentist office so I called several times over the span of a few weeks and he never ONCE called me back. Atleast be professional enough to call and tell me you aren’t willing to work with me. Would not recommend this dentistry to anyone. Updated my name for you.

I cant say enough good things about this dentist and their team! I walked in, I was treated with such kindness and care. I've always had anxiety about dental visits, but they made me feel completely calm and safe. The environment was clean, welcoming and peaceful, and every step of the process was explained that put my mind at ease. Dr Gupta was incredibly patient , and truly listened to my concerns. Highly recommend to anyone who needs a little extra reassurance at the dentist. This is the place to go!
