Polished Dental

I went to the downtown office over the course of nearly a year to deal with a number of dental issues. Dr. Rigatti and his team were always very friendly and welcoming, and Dr. Rigatti helped plan out and arrange a number of procedures (root canal, extractions, bone grafts, implant) for which I needed specialists, then saw me through the crown placements to wrap it up. I actually flew back to Pittsburgh from where I'm living now to get the last bits done because I wanted his team to wrap up the last bits of it. I knew I wouldn't find better care anyway. Thanks to the entire office staff, who were always easy to reach, flexible with scheduling and unfailingly warm and welcoming.

It’s been probably about 5 years since my last dentist appointment. I keep relatively good care of my teeth but have always had dental anxiety. Polished dental put that to rest! From the minute I walked in to the minute I left I was made to feel comfortable and received absolutely no judgement. Unfortunately I need 4 appointments to get fillings done (eek!) but for the first time ever I’m not dreading it and I actually feel excited to get back to be taken care of.

Changed dentist since I didn’t like my old dentist. Requested new patient information online and next day someone called me and got me an appointment the next day. I was so excited. I was having a tooth bothering me and was glad I was able to get taken in so quickly. They took X-rays of my teeth and took care of my tooth issue. Everyone was so nice that assisted me. I am so glad I made the change to this dentist. I definitely recommend. 5 stars for sure.

I'm just gonna out myself here...I had not been to the dentist for 7 years prior to coming here. Had lots of negative dentist experiences as a child, frequent cavities, so once adulthood happened and I had the freedom to avoid the dentist, I did. This was such a better experience than I can remember them ever being in the past. My hygienist was awesome, very careful and attentive to sensitive areas, and explained everything in detail. The doctor was calm and friendly. Front desk staff were also lovely. No wacky procedures were suggested, and even the non-wacky/regular ones (like fluoride treatment) were not pushed. No judgment perceived at any moment for having not kept up with regular cleanings. This experience helps me feel more inclined to keep up with regular cleanings again.

This was the best experience I have ever had a a dentist appointment. The dental hygienist was kind, thorough and exceptional. The Doctor was outstanding. This place comes highly recommended, I just wish I had known about them years ago.
