Though I've just started my journey from rotten teeth to dentures, so far this place has been amazing! The entire staff were professional, kind, fun! I've always been petrified of dentists, but I felt comfortable in their capable hands. They're coming up with a plan that works FOR me! My first visit consisted of x-rays, exam & a lot of explaining of future procedures. I'm already quite impressed with them. Looking forward to feeling & looking better.

She did such a thorough and gentle job cleaning my teeth – they feel incredibly fresh and sparkling clean now. Her recommendations are always spot-on and genuinely help me maintain excellent oral health between appointments. It's so reassuring to know I'm getting expert guidance. I was referred to Dr. Mara and Dr. Nick for a complex problem. Dr. Mara is a perfectionist who cares deeply about both functionality and aesthetics. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional, making me feel comfortable, not just like another patient. They were thorough in answering all my questions. I came here on a friend’s recommendation. The office itself is very modern and polished, but it’s located in a rundown building. To leave the office, you actually have to call or text an elevator repair person to bring the elevator to your floor, which is pretty inconvenient. There’s also no parking, and they don’t validate garage parking, so you’re paying out of pocket just to attend your appointment. At my first visit, they ran a full assessment using their high-tech scanners, and the doctor came in afterward. The doctor was pleasant enough...no warmth or humor, but that didn’t bother me. What did bother me was that no actual care was provided. The model seems to be: assess you, give you a cleaning, then send you on your way with a “plan.” After the visit, I started getting texts about all the things I could do and all the cleanings I could schedule. I booked a follow-up appointment and asked what would actually be done at that visit. I was told they’d do another cleaning and then “see what happens.” Even after a full initial assessment, there was still no clarity about what treatment I actually needed or would receive. On the day of my second appointment, I was called in to work unexpectedly (I’m a nurse) and needed to reschedule. I called at 8:00 AM for a 1:00 PM appointment (six hours’ notice) and was immediately charged a $50 missed visit fee. Apparently, even that amount of notice isn’t acceptable. As others have mentioned, this place feels like a money machine and seems best suited for office workers popping in on a lunch break. Unfortunately, my experience was frustrating from start to finish, and I won’t be returning.
