Integro Health IV and Wellness

I’ve been going to see Kathryn at Integro Health IV & Wellness for a couple of years now, and it’s honestly been a game changer. With kids back in school, I know it’s only a matter of time before they bring home all the germs 🙃 so I just went in for an immune boost injection. Kathryn is amazing, knowledgeable, and makes everything quick and comfortable. I also love the new office space at the Nest Wellness Collective. Highly recommend to all my fellow moms!

After nearly a year of working with Integro Health, I’m very grateful for my experience in their Root Cause Program. I enrolled during a prolonged period of cumulative stress, which ultimately led me to take a step back from competing as an endurance athlete and rethink how I was approaching my health.
