This place is highly recommended, I just want to take a moment to leave a positive review for this business. Even though my insurance didn’t cover the service, the staff still treated me with so much patience, kindness, and respect. They took their time explaining everything and never made me feel uncomfortable about the situation. The environment was very clean, welcoming, and professional. Everyone was friendly and made the experience much easier than I expected. Customer service like that really stands out these days. I truly appreciate the care and professionalism they showed me. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone looking for a place that values their clients and treats people with genuine kindness. Thank you again!

This place is wonderful. The staff was be very welcoming and kind. The entire facility was very clean and sanitary. The rooms are private and very comfortable. The seating for the IV therapy is top notch. The process went so smoothly and was a breeze. Red light therapy was amazing. Their technology is top of the line. Their prices are super reasonable. If I could give them more than 10 stars, I would.

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience at NIVA Health. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. I came in for vitamin infusions and left feeling refreshed, energized, and well taken care of. One of the things that really stood out to me was how thoughtfully designed the space is. I had a private room for my infusion, complete with a TV so I could relax and watch something during the treatment. Even better, I was able to bring my best friend with me, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. It truly felt like a mini wellness retreat. At my first appointment, they offered optional health screenings, which I really appreciated. I chose to get the EKG, a lung health check, and a quick scan to check for blood clots. The whole process only took about 20 minutes, and it gave me great peace of mind. They also drew labs to check my current vitamin levels, which made me feel confident that my treatment was customized just for me. The staff was amazing—warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. They took time to answer all my questions and made me feel completely at ease. I was also pleasantly surprised by the little touches like complimentary coffee, water, and snacks in the waiting area. Those small details made a big difference in my experience. The environment is beautiful, modern, clean, and calming. You can tell a lot of care went into making it feel like a place of healing and wellness. I’m extremely happy with my visit and will definitely be returning. So happy that I came across Niva health while scrolling on the Internet. And I recommend highly to anyone to come in to this office. Besides the staff being wonderful, it has absolutely been life-changing for me. I came in with the intention of trying red light therapy, I didn’t know what to expect but I had read a ton of information about it and with my situation, it was supposed to be beneficial for me. So after a couple weeks I was so pleasantly surprised that any inflammation, aches and pains that I experienced on a daily basis had diminished. I normally would experience some kind of pain daily which made it hard to do simple tasks, and forget working out!. My skin and my hair was also changing within a few weeks as well. And I had way more energy!! Plain and simple, I felt 100% healthier than I have in the last 10 years of my life. I would also encourage the IV therapy. That’s a huge part as well. I recently have been away for the past month where I haven’t been able to come into the office for red light sessions, and I have I felt a difference in my body, with stiffness and pain returning. So I am so excited to get back into it where I can feel healthier and energized again!

I have to say everyone that worked with me like Michelle,Anansia,Marketta, and John where all so very nice, as soon as I came in Marketta already new who I was I didn’t Evan have to say my name she treated me like we have been friends forever was so nice. A then I got brought to the room as soon as I got there Anansia took my vitals and also treated me so kind. Then Michelle came in a gave me the medicine she was so nice and had no problem or no pain with the needle or Ive. An then John came by to say hay then came back to take the ive out and he’s also so nice. Sorry my review is so long I just really want to Express how kind and well I was treated from all of these people. What a great place that makes you so comfortable. I just really would like to say thank you to all of them for making me feel almost like family. I would definitely recommend going there because they will make you feel very comfortable
