NIVA Health Troy

My Niva Health in Troy has been such a great experience. I have had 12 appointments so far and I plan to have many more. I generally go during my lunch break from work or before I start work. I get the IV Therapy and it has done amazing things to my body. I can feel a difference in my energy and mood. All of the ladies in this clinic are so professional and so nice. They make me feel very comfortable with asking questions and they always give me such detailed information. That is my favorite part. The treat me with respect and see me as a person not just another transaction. They always call me by my name greet me with a warmth tone. One of my visits fell on Halloween and I was dressed in costume so when my IV Therapy was complete she gave me a purple wrapping to go around my hand to match. I absolutely loved it. Keep up the great work ladies. Each and every one of you are so beautiful in every way.

So grateful for the reviews here highlighting the dishonest insurance practices! I expressed interest on a Facebook ad due to their assertion the drips are insurance covered. I have an autoimmune disease and thought this could be a great supplement to treatment. Yhey started calling me NONSTOP to pressure me into an appointment, to the point I had to tell them to stop. So the assertions of bait and switch and misleading insurance practices are not surprising. I almost made an appointment today. So glad I didn't!

This health wellness office experience was freak’N awesome! The new patient paperwork was simple & straight to the point, the services that I went in for were throughly explained to me by the staff, the office vibe was very clean & welcoming with refreshments, & most importantly each of the staff members were very friendly & down to earth! Don’t miss out on an amazing wellness experience.
