Dee was amazing. She is so sweet and super considerate. Her hands are so soft and tender when she is doing a facial. I truly felt pampered today. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed and super clean. She left no stone unturned, truly a great esthetician! Please check this place out but call before booking to lock in that price 👌

Horrible customer service! Elevators did not work(waited for 3-4 minutes), there were no signs telling where the stairs were to get to the 4th floor. Found the stairs around the corner down the hall, made it to the suite about 10 minutes late & no one answered the door. Had left my phone in the car as not to be disturbed during treatment, so I had to go back down the stairs around to my car to get it to call and she was very unapologetic. Said she left 10 minutes after my appointment time. If my appointment was supposed to last 2 hours, why would she leave 10 minutes after it was supposed to start? Even doctor's offices give you 15 minutes and their elevators, usually work.
