This was my first time getting a wax ever in life! I was sooooooo nervous and very jumpy. This beyond beautiful woman and esthetician, Mercedes, worked with me so well the entire time. She has an awesome much-needed personality especially the way she handles her business. Definitely my home girl already and we just met! She was extremely adaptive, patient, communicative, honest, and funny. I love her aesthetic, how organized she was, and her entire being, can’t even lie! Her service is even better and the quality is everything you’d need when it comes to self care. Again, she is great with communication, timing with great attention to detail while taking good care of you. 💗

I AM DEFINITELY COMING BACK! I felt immediately comfortable, Mercedes was very professional and welcoming the moment I walked through the door. Her studio had a great vibe and energy to it as well. The facial was outstanding and the arm and face massage was amazing. She was able to extract all my ingrown hairs which I was super pleased about and she is also very knowledgeable about skin care and was able to give me great suggestions on future products and improving my current process for taking care of my skin and face.

Mercedes is the lady who you want taking care of you! I've been getting waxed for several years and I thought I knew what was what! Mercedes taught me quite a bit and walked me through things to help me better understand! Not only is her bedside manner amazing, but her sense of humor is top quality! She puts you at ease with the typical nerves associated with the intimate nature of her craft! You've got a customer for life (or at least until the USCG moves us again) with me! The fact that I can book online, get multiple services, and get the skincare products I need all in one wonderful place is the absolute best!
