Straith Clinic

This is a zero-star review—do not be confused. In December 2016, I had a rhinoplasty and septoplasty performed by Dr. Sabbagh. He was highly recommended by multiple people I knew, which heavily influenced my decision to choose him over another plastic surgeon. At the time, the front desk staff were extremely unprofessional, but my initial experience with Dr. Sabbagh seemed positive. At my post-operative appointment to have my sutures removed, Dr. Sabbagh apparently forgot to remove my nasal septal plates. My cast had already fallen off by that point, about seven days after surgery. In February 2017, I had a consultation to address scar tissue on the left side of my nose. I returned in June 2017 for a minor revision due to scar tissue that was affecting my appearance and self-confidence. This revision did not require anesthesia. At that time, the nasal splints were still inside my nose and had migrated so far upward that no doctor could see them. For eight years, I suffered physically and mentally. I was constantly sick, severely congested, and on antibiotics nearly every month. My congestion was chronic, and my voice was altered for years because I could not breathe properly through my nose. I have documented proof from my primary care physician and hospital records. On December 31, 2024—nearly eight years later—I woke up extremely sick and felt something moving between my eyebrows. I forcefully blew my nose, and one of the splints shot out of my nostril. I was terrified and contacted Straith immediately. I was told to remain calm and not lift anything heavy. I could not see the surgeon until 2 PM, despite calling early that morning. When I finally saw Dr. Sabbagh, I explained what happened and that I had been sneezing nonstop all day as my body tried to expel the foreign object. He then located and removed the second splint from my other nostril. His only response was, “Is there anything else you’re concerned with?” There was no empathy. I was in tears realizing that years of antibiotics and countless doctor visits were likely due to this negligence. Unfortunately, no lawyer in Michigan could help me due to the statute of limitations. I waited a year to share this because I initially tried to move on and focus on healing from years of medication and illness. Dr. Sabbagh never offered a refund or any compensation for the pain, suffering, or medical negligence I experienced. I will be sharing this experience publicly so others are aware.

I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Baca and The Straith Clinic. I was surprised at how smooth and easy the whole process was. During the consultation, I felt listened to. Surgery was able to be scheduled quickly. I was extremely nervous the day of surgery but Dr. Baca and her staff had me relaxed and laughing on the operating table. I felt like I was very prepared for recovery, and follow up care was excellent. My results were beyond what I thought was possible. Could not be more pleased or recommend them enough!

Dr. Baca is absolutely amazing! Truly skilled and great “bedside manner”. Would definitely recommend for any procedures. Highly knowledgeable, patient and professional. Alexa is awesome and gives an amazing facial! Truly has an authentic passion for skin care and is very knowledgeable as well as thorough. Can’t lose with a choice of either for their services.

The staff and Dr. Sabbagh were all wonderful! They helped me to feel very comfortable, provided so much information and answered all of my questions. I have family and other acquaintances who have also gone to Dr. Sabbagh and we all would highly recommend him for anyone considering cosmetic surgery. I had a procedure done in Jan. 2013 and again in Nov. 2025.

I have a lot of friends and family who have gone to Straith Clinic and recommended STRAITH CLINIC. I had been contemplating for years if I wanted to have a breast reduction, and I finally made the decision to do so . My plan was to go to three different clinics and have a consultation and then decide Which one to go with. After meeting with Dr. Baca For my first consult I knew this was the place I was going with. Dr. Baco went above and beyond taking her time and explaining to me What the process was . I had a list of questions and she answered every single one of them with patients. I could tell That she is very knowledgeable in this field and loves what she does. God bless her Amazing hands that have helped me be so Extremely happy with the results .
