FACE Skincare Medical Wellness

I have been coming to FACE Skincare & Medical Wellness monthly for over four years, and I truly can’t say enough good things about this place. It’s one of those rare businesses that gets everything right consistency, expertise, kindness, and results. I rotate between Gena and Toni for laser treatments, Toni for my facials, and Heather whenever I need a little refresh or fine-tuning, and every single one of them is absolutely incredible. They are knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely care about helping you look and feel your best while still keeping everything natural and thoughtful. The entire team makes you feel comfortable, welcomed, and cared for the moment you walk in. The front desk staff is amazing such beautiful, kind, and friendly ladies who always remember you and make scheduling easy and stress-free. FACE isn’t just a med spa, it feels like a place you trust completely. I wouldn’t go anywhere else, and I recommend them to everyone I know. Congratulations on 20 years, so well deserved!

I started to randomly struggle with skin issues (mainly melasma, texture, and occasional acne) when I turned 30 after having perfect skin all through young adulthood. My melasma was the biggest cause of my insecurities. A friend recommended FACE. I began their skin saint products and completed a skin treatment called BBL. I’m giving overall experience 4 stars because I’m obsessed with their products and have continued to purchase (especially needle free filler serum and brightening pads). Products get 5 stars! BBL I would give around 3 to 4 stars, but I expected more improvement for the cost and additional downtime. Downtime was only around a week, but combined with the high cost of close to 3,000, I was expecting better results. Attached is a picture: lower right is before any product or treatment and lower left is with only products and top is after BBL treatment and products. Unfortunately, this med spa is 1.5 hours away from me so I did not complete my follow up consultation, as I did not want to make the drive and spend thousands more on more treatments with no gaurantees. However, they do have a lifelong product customer now! If I had one recommendation, I wish that they would combine more medical evaluation with skin treatments and attempt to address root cause issues. I had thyroid issues which contributed to my skin issues and may have had better results if they were addressed before treatment. It would be awesome to find a med spa/derm that did blood panels looking at contributing factors like thyroid, other hormones, toxins, etc Unfortunately there is such limited options available in MI. Anyways, I will end my novel review and say that I highly recommend skin saint products, but I would do your research and try some alternatives before committing to any pricey skin procedures/laser treatments etc

I have been seeing Heather for botox and she has been amazing. I drive from Ann Arbor specifically for her. I am now ready to take the next step into skincare—lasers etc. I saw Alexandria for a skin consult today and she was so professional, knowledgeable, welcoming, and reassuring. At no point did I feel like she didn’t know what she was talking about or question her motives. She was very confident and organized which was very helpful for me as a patient.

I have had a great experience at FACE from consulting with Holly to receiving laser treatments. The entire staff is super friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. They thoroughly explained everything and made me feel very comfortable. I am very happy with the results and would highly recommend FACE to anyone considering any skin care services.
