I’ve been seeing Cristina at Women’s First Medical Spa for a variety of treatments—BBL facial, hydra facial, microneedling, Botox, and filler—and I can honestly say she’s incredible at what she does. Not only is she highly skilled and precise with her injections, but she also takes the time to explain everything in detail and make sure I’m comfortable every step of the way. The results I’ve had with her are amazing—natural, refreshed, and exactly what I was hoping for. My skin looks healthier, smoother, and more radiant than it has in years. On top of her expertise, Cristina has such a kind, professional, and calming presence that makes the whole experience relaxing and enjoyable. The front desk's patient interaction skills were notably subpar today upon arrival. I was taken aback when asked the reason for my visit instead of being greeted with a request for my name, especially given the potential HIPAA implications. It's inappropriate for patients to have to announce the nature of their visit, and this approach needs immediate correction. Upon inquiring with others, I've learned that this is an ongoing issue, indicating a systemic problem that needs urgent attention. The staff member working at the front desk today requires thorough coaching on proper patient interaction to prevent this issue from escalating. Furthermore, the rude tone used was unacceptable and needs to be addressed to ensure a more professional and respectful environment for all patients.
