I saw Jaclyn at Urban You (Knapp Corner location) for facial concerns and could not be happier with her professionalism, warmth, and skill. Jaclyn was informative, listened closely to my issues, made me very comfortable, was not pushy at all, and started with a conservative treatment, which I appreciated very much. I highly recommend making an appointment with her, she was relatable, gentle, so knowledgable and experienced- everything I was looking for. I also got this amazing gift bag after my first appointment, lots of goodies! A wonderful experience with Jaclyn.

I had such a great experience with Melissa! She was personable and friendly and immediately made me feel comfortable, which meant a lot to me. She’s clearly very knowledgeable and experienced, so the process was quick and seamless, but my results have been my favorite so far. I will absolutely be returning to Melissa in the future.

I absolutely love going to Urban You (Knapp) for my Tox and B12 with Mikaela! She does such a wonderful job and always makes me feel so welcomed and comfortable. Urban you is the best place to get a facial! I just recently got the Glo 2 facial with Melanie and she was amazing. She was so sweet, took her time, informed me on what she was doing, and asked about my skin concerns. Definitely recommend urban you if you ever want a facial and good care!

First time going to Melissa and she made it feel like I’ve been coming to her for a long time! 10/10. The receptionists are always really sweet too :) I go to both urban you locations but the one by Knapp/Beltline is really cute & cozy and I don’t have to worry about street parking
