I had an exceptional experience at Art of Dermatology in Berkley, MI. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The staff truly go above and beyond to make patients feel comfortable and cared for. Kelly Armstrong, Sophia Gevoy, Jazmine Julian, and Tapanga are all incredibly empathetic and gracious. Their genuine kindness and attentive approach made a sometimes stressful situation much easier. They listened carefully, explained everything thoroughly, and showed real concern for my well-being. It’s clear they genuinely care about their patients and strive to provide the best care possible. I highly recommend Art of Dermatology to anyone seeking a knowledgeable, compassionate, and welcoming dermatology team. Thank you all for your outstanding service and kindness!

I am so impressed with Art of Dermotology. It's a beautiful clean and professional place. I would definitely recommend Art of Dermotology to everyone. The staff is wonderful and welcoming from the time you enter the door they do everything to make you feel comfortable. All of the staff treat you with kindness. Everyone was great. The doctor is so knowledgeable and wonderful. They even do follow up phone calls to see how you're doing and let you know the results of any cultures they take. I can't say enough good things about my experience here so far. Everyone there is so professional and kind.😊👍🏻

Art of Dermatology is wonderful practice. I can barely take my coat off before I am called in, appointments are quick, thoughtful and professional! The environment has a soothing, modern clean vibe (I really feel like I am at the spa when I enter the lobby.) Dr Gottam is beyond kind and always takes time to smile and answer questions, I never feel rushed. Being a business owner myself, I have thought numerous times, this must be a nice place to work as everyone is so happy! Bravo to the Berkly crew and thank you for all of your kindness!

I will never return. I wasted a $30 copay for them to prescribe a medication that wasn’t covered which is fine — that’s not their fault. But I called before this l holiday season started to get a replacement and was offered to pay $99 for a medical equipment company “they’re affiliated” with. I declined and asked for an alternative. I called today to follow up as this was on December 26th. So whoever I got that answered their “prescription” requests and her snotty attitude telling me well we called you on the 19th. When I stated I talked to someone on the 26th she kinda chuckled under her breath and at that point I didn’t want to go back and forth. I have no need to lie. This office needs to get themselves together instead of trying to give me the third degree about what I did. Once the meds go through — I won’t be back unless They can keep their smart mouth staff under a muzzle. The calls should be recorded so they should be able to go through the records themselves. Useless. Unless you’re a Botox queen 💁🏻‍♀️— I wouldn’t go.

I did not appreciate the tech in the room that was constantly trying to talk to the dr about unrelated conversations while the dr was doing a biopsy on me. The elevator was not working and it was difficult to even find the stairs and then climb them. The worst that happened was a week later I was charge 500.00$ to my account making it way short and with no exclamation to me. I will not be going back to this office.
