Especially, from Dr. Karen Heidelberg who double checked my issue, and knew exactly what was going to be needed. This office is very clean & the staff is extremely professional. The wait time is not long at all. Dr. Heidelberg is extremely thorough and addressed all of my issues and diagnosed my condition in language I could understand. She explained what the plan of action for my treatment would be & I left the office feeling satisfied with her treatment plan.
