Spa 43 Cosmetic & Laser Center

Where do I even begin? I've been going to Spa43 since I was 16—I'm now 32—and there's no other place I trust more. They are incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and experienced. Even after moving to Boston in 2021, I still come back to Michigan just for laser treatments and facials. Brittany has truly transformed my skin. She's at the top of her field and consistently delivers outstanding results. From the receptionists to the aestheticians, everyone is absolutely amazing. I can’t recommend her or Spa43 enough!

Love this spa. They offer several different services. I've had several different kinds of facials here over the years, my favorite will always be the hydrafacial. I've had laser hair removal here and it is not as painful as many people say. I also have my botox done here by Dr. C who is very knowledgeable and friendly. Everyone is very professional and nice! The front desk ladies are always smiling and helpful. Anna is great at facials (and massaging, lol). The staff seems to have been there a long time with very little turnover.

Chelsea is the best! My skin looks and feels amazing after every visit. She also does a wonderful job on my brows. She is always available to answer any questions I have about products, treatments or concerns I have regarding my skin and she makes me feel like a priority. I leave my appointments feeling beautiful, confident and relaxed. If I could give her 10 stars, I would without hesitation!

I’ve been getting facials done here and it is always the most amazing experience! My skin feels so clean and hydrated! Brittany is my esthetician and she makes me feel very comfortable and is very informative throughout the whole process on the types of products she is using and their benefits. I’ve gotten a facial and derma-plane twice now from Alex and both experiences have been amazing. She truly understands what my skin needs and tailors the products she uses to my skin. I get so many compliments about my skin when I’m done. Highly recommend! Facility is beautiful and clean as well.
