He made sure the blend matched my natural hair color, adjusted things as we went, and explained every step so I always knew what to expect. The results came out better than I imagined — clean hairline, perfect density, and everything looks natural. Night and day difference between my old SMP technician and Ali. He takes the time to understand what you want and makes it happen. You can tell he truly enjoys his work and wants his customers to be happy with the results of his artistry. Never felt rushed and even if the process takes multiple sessions he makes it happen for that goal of looking your best.
