Margaret is great - the procedure was not as awful as I had anticipated, mostly because she explained how to prepare for treatment at my consultation. I have a small tattoo (about 1.5 sq inches) and each treatment takes less than a minute. My tattoo was very dark and after 4 treatments it is MUCH lighter. I have a few treatments to go yet, but I am confident and pleased with the results thus far. Margaret made me feel comfortable and calm.
