She explained the process clearly, checked in with me often, and handled everything with so much care and expertise. I felt safe, well taken care of, and confident in her work. The staff is friendly and professional, and I especially want to mention Natalie. She is incredibly kind, patient, and has a nice way of explaining everything. You can really tell they know what they’re doing and have a lot of experience. The treatments are done carefully, and you can actually see results, which is what matters most.
