I originally had a disappointing first visit at this spa, but I’m genuinely impressed by how the owner handled the situation. She personally reached out to me and offered a complimentary massage to make things right, which I truly appreciated. I came back for the service and was taken care of by Hawraa, who was absolutely amazing! Hawraa is only professional but incredibly skilled and knowledgeable. She took her time, addressed all my concerns, and gave me one of the most thorough and relaxing massages I’ve ever had. I left feeling completely satisfied and grateful that I gave this place a second chance. Thank you again for the great service and for truly valuing your customers! I adored how the place setup and decorated in a very tasteful way, its so clean and nice

Today I did a deep tissue massage with Hayley. This was my first time ever having a massage done. And Hayley did an amazing job of walking me through the process. She was very professional and clear with her communication of the process. The massage room was clean and comfortable, an added bonus was the heated bed. She did a thorough job of massaging me from head to toe, we were able to pinpoint all my pain areas and came up with a plan to keep treating them so I can feel my best 👌 I appreciate the staff at Adorn Day Spa. They are always here for me and beauty and rejuvenation needs. I highly recommend them!

Absolutely wonderful! To start, the atmosphere is beyond comforting and cozy. They offer refreshments and snacks, and have above and beyond customer service. Cheshonie did my massage and let me tell you, this man is magical. Very professional, catered to my needs, and has such a soothing voice. I’ve been iffy on massages due to me being not preferably fond of people in my personal space, but he made sure I felt comfortable and put up with my random banter lol Rana did my facial, she was absolutely amazing and made sure to do a run though of any questions I had, reactions, allergies, etc. She took her time and almost had me falling asleep on her table. My skin felt better than ever and I can definitely say I feel pampered after my visit. I’ll definitely be back for more, thank you for the relaxing services! 🫶🏼

Today I had the pleasure of seeing Hawraa for a deep tissue Massage. She was absolutely amazing. This was the first time I had a massage and it definitely will not be the last. Hawraa hit every knot without me having to even mention where it is. I've had an amazing experience and already planning my second visit! I also had the pleasure of seeing Rana for a facial. I got the Adore me facial. She was so knowledgeable and gentle, explaining every step and customizing the treatment for my skin type. My face feels hydrated, smooth, and brighter than ever. The atmosphere was peaceful and spotless — This was one of the best massages/ facials I’ve ever had. Not only does my skin feel incredible, but I also left feeling relaxed and pampered. You can really tell they care about their clients and take pride in the work that they do.

UPDATE, as I mistakenly reviewed my Dearborn location, instead of the Dearborn heights location. This was over 45 days ago. I assume they did not remove an external door in that time. Twice the price as other massage places in the area. The couples massage room has an external door in it so I got to hear a kid playing ball in the parking lot through the whole massage, including him bouncing it off the side of the building . The masseuse asked spots I'd like to focus on and I said my upper back and shoulders: they barely touched them in 90 minutes, I am not kidding. I could also feel the callouses on their fingers too and they never used enough pressure. Maybe all the other reviews are for med spa procedures or mani pedis but I cannot recommend the couple massages here. You'll hear everything through the door, traffic etc. All things said and done for a couples massage with nothing added on total was about $395? this did not include tip but honestly despite the experience I still felt bad not tipping so my actual total was more.
