Today I got my brows done. I was extremely nervous as I have never done any kind of permanent make up before. Tess made me feel comfortable every step of the way by thoroughly explaining the process, and checking multiple times to see if I liked what she had done so far. She made sure I was not in any pain. Absolutely beautiful shop, clean and bright. Very professional. I loved my service so much, I went ahead and booked a lash lift and tint as well! Cannot wait! 100% recommend.

I have had 2 appts here with Lash Lift & Tint. 2nd apt was the same and ear piercing. Very relaxing place, very professional. Im very satisfied with my results & service provided! I will definitely keep returning!

Horrible place to go. First off, when she did mine and my wife's daith piercings, she "man handles" the heck out of our ears. Second, when she was doing mine, after she put the needle in she left me with the needle sticking through my ear so she can go talk to a Purolator delivery driver and sign for a package instead of letting the girl at the front desk take care of it. Third, and probably the worst of all.. she used broken jewelry in my wife's ear. It is all bent out and causing issues when it moves in her sleep and goes into the hole and makes it bleed. (See pictures) Do not go here. It is not worth the cheap price because the quality of the work is even cheaper then the price you pay.

I love my brows! Really wish I had done it sooner. No more pencilling them in. Natural hair- like strokes. Tess is Very comprehensive during the process. No surprises. Definitely would recommend for brows and husband is very happy with his teeth whitening. Amazing experience all around.

I’ve seen Tess now several times over the past few years for my brows and eyeliner, and there is no one else that I would consider going to or trusting! She is so lovely, professional, and her work is outstanding. I couldn’t recommend her more!
