Did not like my experience here at all. I got Botox done on August 11th, and it had already worn off in less than 2 months. I’m based in the U.S. and chose this clinic after finding them on IG. I was sold on a first-time patient promo that included Botox (with a certain number of units free) and a complimentary “deluxe facial,” which sounded like a great deal. Despite that, I was charged $557 CAD. They said they charge per treatment instead of per unit, which honestly doesn’t make much sense since everyone needs a different amount of Botox. It’s very possible I just didn’t get enough units. Even with the exchange rate, the price felt extremely high - especially knowing I could have gotten better pricing and longer lasting results back home. I reached out to the clinic to discuss the Botox wearing off - I was traveling internationally and had poor phone service so I DMd them and sent them photos. They responded at first, but once I sent the photos, they left me on read and never followed up. The complimentary “deluxe facial” was another letdown. There were no extractions and no real treatment steps. The actual facial felt like it lasted maybe 7 minutes and was basically just a cleanse and moisturizer. The red light portion lasted longer, so I mostly just laid there with a light on my face. Also, if an alcohol wipe is being swiped across your face during a facial, that’s usually not a good sign.

I was introduced by a friend and the staff made me feel welcomed. Especially Sabah with her level of kindness and friendliness. My experience with Dr. Bryce was professional and informative. He explained to me how the procedures of my personal interest were handled without putting any pressure on me. I definitely feel confident now.

Revery is such a great spot with really professional and effective services. Sabah is honestly the best, so friendly, super helpful, and always makes you feel comfortable. She really goes above and beyond and makes the whole experience even better. Will definitely go back!

I’ve been going to Reverie Medical Aesthetics since they first opened on Front Road and have been consistently impressed with every service I’ve received. I’ve had laser hair removal, facials, and injectables, and have worked with all of the doctors and technicians on site. They are always professional, and appointments are quick and well-organized. Everything is explained clearly beforehand, and the pricing is very reasonable — plus there are promotions and deals happening regularly. Happy to have a full service medspa in LaSalle! My only suggestion would be to consider introducing an annual membership option for clients who prefer to get all their services in one place and would appreciate a loyalty discount.
