Pretty unprofessional. But as a business owner when someone books a time for an appointment you don't keep begging them to change the time for their appointment. And then send them a message to come by at 3 by the automated text machine. Very disappointed. I contacted her telling her I'll see them at 3. And she cancelled and best of all didn't have the nerves together tell me they cancelled I had to find out on my own. I'll be sure to tell my best friend who recommended me here to never go their again. Very unprofessional The owner should really train their workers to be more organized and professional.

BEWARE: even though this business advertises that they offer laser hair removal, they do not use an actual laser machine. They use Dynamic Impulse Control which is NOT LASER and not most ideal form of hair removal. Edit: the business said their machine is one of the best in the country. It’s not. I didn’t experience any results, because again, it’s just an IPL. Not laser.
