I reached out to a friend with a flawless face and asked where in Dearborn I should go for my Botox. She couldn't tell me this place fast enough!!! I had an appointment scheduled immediately! Marwa is an absolute miracle! It's only been 3 days and I'm already seeing results! I will absolutely be booking more services with her in the future!!!! Highly recommend.

Absolutely terrible experience. Bought a groupon for 20 units of botox. After signing a bunch of consent forms for procedures I was not having, I was brought back to meet with the doctor. The receptionist stated sometimes the doctor will put a "free thread" in but did not go on to explain what that was or what it meant. The doctor told me that 20 units of botox was not enough to do anything and I would need to buy more to have results. I explained I have been getting between 20-25 units of botox for the past 5 years and I was comfortable with that amount. He continued to tell me it would not be enough to do anything (mind you I am someone who is early 30s getting botox routinely as a preventative every 3-5 months with no deep wrinkles). He told me I should be getting botox from a doctor not just an injector, I explained to him I do routinely go to a plastic surgery office and get it injected by an plastic surgery MD not an injector and was happy with my results. I was more or less coerced into buying an additional 20 units in order to have the procedure performed. During my consultation the doctor pulled out a before and after photo of a woman with dramatic dark circles and baggy eyes showing how he performed a procedure on her to reduce the appearance of her dark circles/baggy eyes and he could do that for me too. I found this to be incredibly insulting as I do not have dark circles/baggy eyes and did not inquire about this procedure at all. After agreeing to pay for additional botox the doctor came back with the supplies. I was very surprised to see he was not reconstituting the botox within the sterile vial as I have always seen it done but instead had vials with the tops popped open and was drawing from there. First he came at my head with a large needle without botox. I was not sure what was happening but after googling after my procedure it seems the doctor placed a "thread" in my forehead without my verbal consent or explaining the procedure and risks/benefits to me. I would not have agreed to this. Then he began to inject the botox. I noticed liquid dripping down my forehead. It was not blood, but the botox/saline mixture. I was very confused why the botox mixture was dripping down my forehead rather than being injected into my forehead. I am not sure if his technique was poor but it felt like he was barely putting the needle into my skin (explains the dripping botox) compared to all my previous times getting botox. The whole encounter was poor, but my complaints don't end there. About 2 days later my forehead (where my injections were) was covered in large itchy, red bumps. In my 5 years of regularly getting botox, I have never experienced this and have never had a reaction to botox. I took Benadryl hoping this was maybe an allergic reaction. After no relief by the next day I called the office stating I was concerned I was having an allergic reaction to the botox. The response I got was very dismissive that it should "go away" and "I don't know what to tell you." I continued to have these welts for about a week and they finally went away after taking Benadryl and ibuprofen everyday. For having 40 units injected which is the most I have ever had, I have the most movement in my forehead I have ever had after getting botox. I can only assume this is due to poor technique or dilute or counterfeit product which might explain the extreme reaction I had to the treatment. Stay away from this place! It is not worth the groupon discount!

Best clinic in Dearborn hands down. They dissolved everything I had from a previous clinic and re did my fillers. I couldn’t be happier. Experienced and very private

Got a Groupon for Botox and the woman who did it seemed a little unprofessional laughing at my forehead. Left with 40 units had a lot of bruising which I normally don’t get and bumps that lasted from the injection sites for almost two weeks. After three weeks I still had movement and lines at the top of my forehead. Got it fixed at a different medspa and needed an extra 12 units to fix it and they told me never to go there again. Hopefully my review helps others.
