I’m extremely unhappy with my experience at Light RX. I originally went in seeking laser resurfacing, but the manager pushed me hard into buying an expensive RF microneedling package instead. She repeatedly told me my scars “weren’t bad at all” and convinced me this treatment would work better — and I trusted her. I paid over $1,800k for this package, completed five sessions, and still had 2–3 more sessions left, but I stopped going because I saw zero improvement in my skin. The treatments felt weak, rushed, and not performed at the proper depth or intensity needed for real results. Looking back, I feel like I was misled and pressured into something that was never going to help me. I left feeling deceived, taken advantage of, and deeply disappointed. I feel like the priority here was selling expensive packages, not delivering effective treatment or honest guidance. I regret trusting this place, and I don’t want anyone else to go through what I did. Please do thorough research before spending your money here. Check out BBB, the whole light rx brand is a scam. Go ahead and comment back and argue back on my review to try to save face, but we both know exactly what you guys did to me. Deceitful & unjustly. No way around it.

excellent location and super clinicians. I'm considering going for the next level treatment because of the positive experience I have had the entire crew is extremely informative on what they're doing what you can expect and what might be needed in the future great place.

Last year I was talked into getting laser treatment on my face and that I would see dramatic results, I paid like $1200 or more and when it was all done, I seen no difference at all, if there was any I could not see it, I feel like I just gave away all the money for nothing, I was disappointed with it, I had one more appointment to go and never showed up for it because it would be a waste of time. And then at the end they asked me to buy another package so much cheaper and thats when I would see results. I even waited months to see some results but nothing at all. Extremely dissatisfied Update: They said they were going to reach out but nobody did.

Today was my second visit and I must say the staff Pam, Lisa, and Mariah was very very nice. They treated me like family and I hope I am pleased with the results. Excellent service

JoAnn was awesome! Super informative and great at what she does! They are all very friendly and professional! I will definitely go back! Oh and they have some great packages!!
