Sharp smile did a great job of helping with my anxiety with getting fillings. They offered laughing gas to help out and I, admittedly, almost fell asleep!! That was definitely a first! Dr. Fenton did a great job and kept checking in on me. I’ll def be coming back!

Dr Fenton and Tiffany are so sweet and are timely. I don't feel like I'm waiting forever to start my appointment and they work quickly and efficiently. I actually enjoy coming in and getting my work done when I need to.

I truly enjoy my services at Sharp Smile Center. The staff makes you feel like family, from the start of the check in and during the service. I look forward to my appointments each time.

I had to have two old cavities refilled and one new one filled. My dental hygienist and dentist both did an amazing job. I have had times in the past where numbing didn’t work and/or a rough hand. Very painful experiences. While going to the dentist is not my favorite thing to do, these two ladies gave me the most pleasant dental experience I’ve ever had.

This dentist overcharges and lies to you about your insurance being "in network." I started going to Sharpe three years ago. After my first visit Sharpe still "accepted" my insurance as long as I managed it. I had to pay out of pocket for everything and request a refund from my insurance provider. The reason I got for this change was "this insurance provider is too slow to repay us." So they put that on me, they patient, to deal with. When open enrollment came back around, I ended my insurance with my employer and went on my husband's for exactly this reason. I no longer wanted to wait for reimbursement and go through that annoying process. I returned to Sharpe when they moved locations and I was assured that my new insurance was "in network." And yet, nine months after my preventative care exam I would receive a bill charging my 80 dollars for my preventative care exam they told me was completely covered. When I called to ask what was going on, they never told me I was out of network and that's why I was paying for preventative care. In fact, they never gave me a straight answer at all. Instead, they said "our systems are slow to process bills and this is just what you owe." I ended up having to request my billing from them (which they delivered to me with highlighter and pen scribbles that made no sense) and send them to a "bill advocate" for audit. The audit came back that they were continuing to charge me because my insurance was out of network, which is the only way I found out. Legally, the dentist office doesn't have to tell me if I am in or out of network but, when I point blank ask them if I am in network or if they "accept my insurance" and they lie or manipulate the question to get my business, this is, in my mind, negligence, especially after I switched insurance providers because of their very particular insurance issues.
