I went to Ruffino and Whitford for a second opinion, regarding my dental visit at a previous dental office. Dr. Whitford and Jessica went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable, understood what their opinion/results were regarding my teeth and explained everything in great detail as to what my next steps would be. Since this was my first visit to a new place, I felt nervous at the beginning. Once my appointment was complete, I left feeling relieved and not so nervous anymore. I actually look forward to go back and having the work done. I believe I will be in expert hands and with people who see me as a person first instead of someone who "just needs work done." I appreciate the kindness of all the staff I interacted with during my first visit.

I’m someone who gets a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist, so I was really nervous about trying a new place. But as soon as I arrived, Elizabeth was very welcoming and professional. She did an amazing job cleaning my teeth and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. I already feel like next time I won’t have nearly as much anxiety coming here. 5 Stars! I recently began my journey with Dr. Ruffino after being a loyal 25+ year patient at another practice. My former dentist retired and I didn’t think I would find someone who I trusted to give exceptional service and care. I was wrong. Dr. Ruffino and his staff have made the transition so easy. The hygienist did an awesome job on my cleaning. I also needed fillings and it was as easy as 1-2-3! Everyone is so personable and welcoming, too! Thanks for making my teeth sparkle! 😁

Dr. Ruffino III and Dr. Whitford have created a practice with an incredibly kind and caring team who truly prioritize their patients. The office staff are always warm and welcoming and you feel genuinely cared for from the moment you walk in.
