I booked Divinci Teeth Whitening solely because the owner personally stood at the podium outside his store and verbally promised he could whiten a partially fake tooth. This was completely false. After multiple visits, an associate admitted they can only restore fake teeth to their original shade. Had I known this upfront, I would never have wasted my time or money. Their own before-and-after photos show my front tooth still discolored, further proving the treatment’s ineffectiveness. The service was dressed up to appear professional but was deceptive. I wore red-tinted glasses for the blue LED light and a small apron while sitting in a worn massage chair inside what appeared to be a converted fitting room in an old men’s suit store. The whitening product was applied with a Q-tip, presented to seem precise and premium. They promised to honor my previous rate, but panicked when it was $200 and immediately bartered it up to $250 while constantly pushing unnecessary upsells like “extra minutes” and “teeth sealant.” At the end, they handed me a Member’s Mark water bottle and an unbranded vitamin C chapstick — a strange and unprofessional gesture that felt disconnected from the high price and relentless upselling. They even recorded my driver’s license number without consent, which was invasive and inappropriate. After I left my first review and questioned the service, I received a very angry, over 20-minute phone call. During the call, she repeatedly invoked my name, boasted about their prestige and worldwide clients, and made numerous false claims — including that the whitening light (MD669, ~$250) cost $20,000, which was just one of many exaggerations. Once she realized I could see through that particular lie, she stopped repeating it. She also threatened to post video footage of our in-store interaction if I filed a dispute. When I asked her to review the cameras regarding the price promise, she immediately went on the defensive, insisting, “Oh, I never said I would honor it,” and listing excuses about inflation and other factors. She implied that I was filing a dispute simply to get my money back, which is completely untrue — my concern was that the service was deceptive, overpriced, and misrepresented. I told her to review the cameras because I know exactly what was said — she verbally committed to honoring my 2023 rate, then panicked once it was only $200. Her reaction made it clear that the negotiation was manipulative and unprofessional. I cannot emphasize enough how immature and unprofessional it was for them to collect my personal data, then threaten to post it. I cannot trust them with anything, not even the information they already have on me. Based on this call, it is clear they need the money more than I do, so I am not filing a dispute. Between false advertising, minimal results, manipulative upselling, invasive practices, and dismissive hostility, this service was deceptive, overpriced, and entirely unprofessional. I cannot recommend it.

I had a Wonderful experience at DaVinci and will absolutely return for future teeth whitening. The price is good. The customer service is unsurpassed. Tamika and Will took time to explain the process, and the natural ingredients. The process took a couple of hours for 3 consecutive whitening treatments. It was super easy, no sensitivity or discomfort, and I am SO pleased with the results! About 10 shades whiter and my teeth look amazing! I had a special occasion to attend and I knew I would have to be in pictures. They came out SO good. Highly recommend! I wish I could give more than 5 stars!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

VERY THANKFUL, I decided to whiten my teeth. They don't use bleach or other hash chemicals to get them whitened. Same pricing! I prefer natural choices. Ask For Tamika, She's Really Nice and Caring.
