After years of considering different options, I am truly grateful that I found Nurse Couzue! She gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision about my treatment and I genuinely could not be more pleased with my results. She is incredibly knowledgeable and has a calm presence that made me feel so comfortable at every appointment. I would absolutely recommend her services to anyone!

The lump from the injection NP Couzzo did on me since June, 2025 is still under my chin. She poked me wherever under & around my chin area with no care taken on how to properly inject. It was a very uncomfortable & painful process for me. No numbing cream whatsoever. A very hurried job. I had the lipo dissolver under my chin done on promo. Glad I did not go through with their sales pitch. No after care was given. I decided not to even go back after she agreeded to see me, after I complained that my face was overly swelling due to the injection & I literally looked like Ms. Puff. I also fell sick due to whatever was in the supposed injection. My body was not in agreement I guess. I'm still dealing with the lump under my chin 😩 & it's made my head bigger with side effects. I have nothing good to say of this facility, other than the secretary that did my intake & initial B-12 injection was kind & she would make a great nurse in the future. I would prefer a knowledgeable DR next time. A lot of these med spas are very sketchy & a money making machine for these nurses. Services on promo I'd also be weary of. I was looking for a spa that dealt well with Black skin & I thought I'd find it by way of this spa, since the nurse is Black herself. Biggest mistake of my life. I'm still working on draining the excess bulge from the under chin lipo dissolver.

She was very nice, seemed knowledgeable and explain everything very clearly, which is why I booked a future appointment. My negative not about Cozue but Mirrored the company with the offer, is that I did not get any treatment as promised in the conversation I had with Matt and the message I received when took the promotion.

During consultation, nurse Couzue was a great listener and understood my areas of concern. She is very knowledgeable and knew exactly what procedures to recommend. Review update: I’ve completed the recommended treatment for my double chin and weight loss. This was the best investment I’ve ever made for myself. Nurse Couzue takes very good care of you and recommends what will give you the best results. I feel so much more confident and happier with my results!

Saw ad on Facebook offering Fat dissolving injections for chin along with B-12 injections. I was intrigued. Had reservations about clinic walking in. After filling out forms & forced to give another credit card open on file after giving a deposit upon booking. After My consultation Couzou started preparing syringes for injections. After first B-12 shot in arm I noticed She had never WASHED HER HANDS So I asked Her to please wash Her hands before touching My skin With Her bare hands. She also was not wearing any Gloves as well. She didn't seem Happy about being called out on not washing before procedure. That's just NASTY & Very UNPROFESSIONAL. So there was ABSOUTLEY NO WAY I Was Going BACK For rest of the INJECTIONS I PAID FOR. So come to find out My face was swollen on right side of My face which was A Lymphatic drainage issue. She should have known that & never given Me the fat dissolving shot in chin. Caused a lot of issues & pain in My face I couldn't get My Lymphatic system to drain out the fluid of injection. I also feel the B-12 injection was Bogus I didn't feel anything off the shot which should have given Me energy since I'm Deficient in B-12. Which is what really wanted to go for. So I canceled My second appointment due To CLEANLINESS PROTOCOL issue's. I asked couzou to please take My credit card off file won't be needing it. She Said She couldn't. Which I feel is a Lie. Because website says there to charge customers who are No Shows. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Pappilon
