Holly Hanson, MD

Dr Holly Hanson has been my primary dermatologist for several years now. She has treated me successfully for many skin conditions and hair loss. She is gifted as a physician, and is skilled in many techniques to help me heal, and look and feel younger. At the age of 71, I am grateful for Dr. Hanson, and highly recommend her services.

Our appointment with Dr. Holly Hanson was disappointing. The provider's level of care was very poor. When she came in, she didn't say hello or even acknowledge me in the room as the mother of the patient. She didn't speak to me at all during the whole appointment and made me feel like I was invisible. She did answer one question without making any eye contact, but I had other questions which I was going to ask after the procedure. As soon as the procedure was finished, she bolted out of the room without saying anything to me or to anyone and did not even give me a chance to have a conversation with her. She didn't explain anything about the procedure before she started and she did not explain anything about the after care, what to expect in the next few days, to apply ice and sunscreen to the area treated, and no instructions were given. My son accidentally got the gel in his eye and said it was burning. The provider and the nurse didn't even offer to wipe his eye with water. I had to be the one to do that. During the painful procedure, she was going really fast and my 10 year old son said it was painful. I asked her to slow down and just take a "little break". She stopped the treatment and left the room without saying anything. I got a sense that she had a bad attitude. She was not friendly at all and had a really poor bedside manner. I do not feel that we were treated with respect and care. That was completely unacceptable and I will not be returning to see her. I would give zero stars if it was possible.

I cannot recommend Dr. Hanson highly enough! I’ve been seeing her for several years now for my annual skin checks, and her professionalism, thoroughness, and calming presence always put me at ease. She is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything clearly, which gives me great confidence in her care. In addition to medical dermatology, I’ve also had cosmetic treatments with Dr. Hanson, including Botox and fillers. Her approach is personalized and subtle—she truly understands facial anatomy and how to enhance natural beauty without overdoing it. I always walk away feeling refreshed and confident, never overdone. Her nursing team is just as fantastic—friendly, warm, and genuinely caring. They make every visit feel comfortable and relaxed from start to finish. If you’re looking for expert dermatologic care and cosmetic services delivered with compassion and professionalism, Dr. Hanson is the one to see. She and her team are simply the best!

I have been seeing Dr Holly Hanson for quite a few years. She is a great doctor Always very kind, professional, and thorough. Recently I saw her and Rachel. They are a fabulous team. I would highly recommend Dr Hanson and her care.

I actually enjoy my yearly visits to Dr. Hanson and her nurse, Lori. They remember little personal things about me from my past visits each year and keep a fun discussion going throughout my exam. Professional yet personable. I would definitely recommend this clinic! I also appreciate the fresh coffee they have in their waiting room.
