This is the best medical experience I've ever had. By far. The office is clean, modern and comfortable. The entire staff is professional, personable, and caring. I had a bad experience with another provider and had anxiety about having the surgery. They did excellent job calming me down by explaining everything and delivered on their words. I had an incredibly great experience at Harrington and Associates. Dr. Harrington’s work was exceptional and her care for her clients is very evident. She took the time with me to decide on the best way to go about my surgical procedure. Everyone I met on her staff was very professional while still being extremely kind, supportive and caring. I emailed a question after hours and they called back 13 minutes later! So glad I was referred here! Highly recommend!

Dr. Harrington was warm and friendly throughout my process, more importantly extremely helpful with advising on the best course of treatment my scar from a dog attack. She advised SkinPen treatments as best course of action. Tara had the task of doing the numbing shots and while painful, she is very skilled at keeping it pain minimal. Kelli was excellent with doing the SkinPen treatment. It was a very painful due to my injury/scar, but Kelli made it better with her comforting, positive attitude. The results have improved the pain (main focus) and the look of the scar (a plus). Currently healing from the final treatment, but improved pain with it even as it heals. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a warm environment with a knowledgeable team, who are also friendly. Everyone who worked with made the process go smoothly - which helped me through the process. I came in with a lot of stress over a lack of knowledge about what, if anything, could be done. I am thankful to have gone here as while a painful process, I couldn’t have asked for a better team of people to have gone through this process.

I had a great experience with Dr. Harrington and Tara. When my hair was growing back after chemo, I needed a pick-me-up to my face and femininity. They treated me with such care! The results with the Genius laser and a little filler really helped me weather those months. Tara knows how to make those subtle changes that make a difference.
