Easy to schedule. Lots of options for spa staycation to embrace MN winter. I came in to try body contouring, and have returned a few times to further the results for areas that years of healthy eating and exercise have not resolved. I have purchased a few custom body sculpting packages from Amanda so far and have loved it! I mainly see her for lymphatic drainage and the whole body detox and health benefits. I also have a sensitive digestive system and her treatments help with bloating and water retention as well! She is professional and is focused on her client’s goals and offers suggestions on other self-care practices to implement in between sessions.
