I went to Valley Skin and Medspa for lip filler on September 12, 2025, with Justine, and unfortunately, the results were extremely disappointing and had to be corrected elsewhere at my own expense. The filler was placed incorrectly — injected too deep and even in parts of my mouth instead of my lips — which caused pain, unevenness, and swelling. Multiple professional injectors later confirmed that standard lip protocols and safety procedures were not followed. I ended up spending money on four vials of dissolver with another professional to fix the damage. During the appointment, Justine even mentioned mid-procedure that she might need to dissolve areas, which made me uncomfortable and uncertain about her technique. Afterward, I reached out expressing my concerns and asking for a refund, but they refused to take responsibility despite admitting something had gone wrong by offering to dissolve the filler. I lost trust in their professionalism and would not recommend this place for injectables. If you value your safety and results, please go elsewhere — this experience cost me time, money, and unnecessary pain.

Very friendly atmosphere with my first visit. A "welcome" bag was given. Knowledgeable staff. I inquired about another concern of mine. She was truthful in stating that procedure wouldn't produce the results I'd want, instead of me wasting money on it. I really appreciated that! I will return!

I have been enjoying the services, staff, & product lines they provide for over 3 years. Their staff service is friendly & informative. I am so incredibly happy to have found this business as I know that I’m in good hands. I’m not being given treatments that would not be beneficial for the results I’m trying to get and the pricing is on par or typically lower than other places.
