I had a great experience here getting BBL and Moxi for the first time. Lexi was fabulous and so knowledgeable about the tools and process. She walked me through each step, let me know what to expect, and chatted with me about the tech. I also appreciated how efficient the appointment was - I was out the door in 60 minutes - and there was no “upsell” at the end of the service. Definitely recommend!

Worst experience of my life. I had issues and when I called i was told they would call me back the same day. They never called me. I then had to email and once again wait for a response. I was told they would fix the issues caused by the injections but instead they set me up an appt with someone who was not allowed to do what I needed. Since I complained I was told go elsewhere. They won't refund my money that I need to go elsewhere and fix the issue. I was botched and they could not care less. They lie and say there is free adjustments but that is not true either. In regards to your response to my review: Please stop lying, your so called help was an appt with someone who admitted they could not do filler and would need someone else to do it and advise how to fix the issues. You made me drive 30 minutes in snow to be told by your staff (Erica) that she didn't know why they booked me with her since she could not help me and that the operations side does not understand and should not be answering complaints. I was told I could get a refund but that never happened. Your company treated me like dirt and only care about how much money you can get.

I have always had wonderful experiences at Face Foundrie so I really wanted to love Laserie- but my first experience was not great. I was scheduled for a BBL/Moxi treatment on Saturday. I waited in the lobby for 5-10 min before being greeted by anyone. The BBL treatment was fine, but the tech did nothing above and beyond- usually laser technicians will take time to spot-treat broken capillaries around your nose and to address any other areas that need special care. The Moxi treatment was the most disappointing service that I have received in 3 years/9+ treatments with this device. I think the technician was rushed because they made a comment about how Moxi wouldn't take long... and they were not joking. Despite asking for an aggressive level 3 treatment, I received two passes over my entire face and the entire process took about 4-5 minutes. I had minor redness when I left the store but other than that I can not even tell I had it done- zero redness, no swelling, no sandpaper feel, and not a chance I will get MENDs. I want to point out that my laser tech was incredibly kind, personable, and pleasant, but they mentioned they have only been at Laserie for two months so I think the issue could be a lack of proper training on the devices used here. Laserie has good prices and good products, but if the products are not being used as intended people will not get the results that they expect.

Just got Moxi done! Amazing first time experience. I am so excited to see my results flourish in the next couple of days. Super friendly staff, they will walk you through everything from start to finish.

I had a fantastic experience at Laserie! Beautiful salon and loved my treatments with Tanner: Botox and Sculptra! He is incredibly knowledgeable and has excellent technique. He confidently explained everything, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. I also appreciated his great suggestions for treatment options—informative without being pushy. Loved the experience. Highly recommend Tanner! Olivia was amazing—professional, kind, and incredibly attentive. She took the time to address all my concerns and answered every question. For the few questions she wasn’t sure about regarding Botox and Sculptra (which were being performed by a different professional), she didn’t hesitate to find the answers. The clinic itself was aesthetically pleasing, and it was clear that maintaining a safe and clean environment was a top priority. Highly recommend.
