I had a great experience with Denise aesthetician and Jordan the injector! They took a full inventory of all of my concerns, as well as looked at my skin in depths to give a comprehensive recommendation. So far, I’ve had one IPL treatment, BOTOX, and the diamond glow facial. I can already see a major improvement with my skin and my confidence! So excited to be a lifelong customer here to continue going back to these two awesome gals! 👏🏼

As soon as i walked in the door to as i walked out the door my experience was amazing. everyone here was so friendly and very helpful, especially since it was my first time here ! I had Michele for botox and she was so kind and very knowledgeable. she seems she truly cares and wants the best for her patients. i will definitely be returning!

I came here because my former skin care clinic closed. I was impressed right off the bat with the level of kindness and professionalism that I was met with by each person. They took their time to discuss each treatment and procedure so I felt well-educated and informed. Didn't push and products or sercices and seemed to truly care about my skincare goals. Top notch quality service, super nice and personable staff, clean modern facility. Would 10/10 recommend!!

I had "my botox spot", but then we moved...I was hesitant to try somewhere new, but Im so grateful I landed on The Refinery. The atmosphere is professional but friendly and the space is welcoming. All of the staff seemed great, but Jordan P was particularly wonderful. They listen to your wants/needs without trying to upsell and the pricing is very transparent. This will definitely be my new "botox spot" and I look forward to trying out their other services!
