Jami is in a different league. Undoubtedly the best massage therapist I’ve ever come across. A truly talented and knowledgeable professional who is an amazing human being as well – she truly cares. It started with me, but now a lot of my family and friends are her clients. I pulled my back earlier this year and feel so grateful to have found her practice. I got a 90-minute advanced massage with cupping. Not only did my back feel free, 3 appointments later, pain in my neck, shoulder, and arm due to a year-old rotator cuff injury was gone. I saw doctors, got massages, and therapy, but nothing made a difference. I didn’t even have to tell Jami, she actually noticed there was something up with the muscles in my arm and asked me about it. I told her about my injury and she asked me to come again for appointments so she can focus on my injured shoulder/arm. And I am so glad I did! It’s the BEST thing I’ve done for myself in the last 5 years. She recommended Gua Sha along with cupping, and red-light therapy, and after 3 appointments, I could lift my shoulder without issue and felt no pain. I am so grateful 🙏🏾😊. She is an actual licensed massage therapist, a professional, and a geek when it comes to this. She knows the medical terms for the muscles and knows how everything is connected – she gave me so much info! I told her about my mom who often has issues with her legs swelling up and edema and Jami said she could help her with a lymphatic drainage massage – I had never heard of this before. I made an appointment and brought my mom who is in her 70s for this. My mom bruises easily and was worried about it, but Jami reassured her it would be fine (and she even helped her get on the table!). After the massage, my mom said she felt good and that Jami listened, and the pressure was just right for her. The next day, my mom’s legs were so much better! It was amazing! I got MEND gift cards for some of my family and friends – and everyone has thanked me at least twice. One of my friends who is 8-months pregnant made me cookies because she loved my gift/the massage and she couldn’t thank me enough. The place is also super clean and that is something I greatly appreciate. She is the Harvard of therapists. So grateful. Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing. Jami is phenomenally intuitive. She found spots that I didn't realize were tense, and fixed them right up. I travel for a living, and have had a lot of great massages, and this one might be the best. Thank you so much!!

Jami was very kind and the location was clean and relaxing. But that’s just the beginning - I have struggled with TMJ for decades and I’ve never felt so much relief as I do today. Highly recommend, especially people who struggle with jaw clenching/teeth grinding! Will certainly be back. Thanks Jami! 😌

I recently got a TMJ massage from Mend, and it has really helped with my jaw pain! Before the massage, I could barely open my jaw, and it hurt to chew or eat anything hard. The session really made a HUGE difference, and my jaw is back to normal. I highly recommend Mend and the TMJ massage!

Jami was amazing! Highly recommend if you need a massage. The environment is soothing, and she made an effort to focus on the areas I asked her to. Will always go back if I’m in the Minneapolis area.
