A very zen experience. I was having sciatica pain and Clairissa have me a quick interview to assess the situation, then focused on the pain point and areas that were contributing to it. I was pretty amazed how much better it was afterwards. The music playlist was also exactly what I needed, very chill, but interesting, not just ambient/yoga music, but a little sitar or acoustic guitar mixed in.

Clairissa has magic hands. I received a 90 minute massage that included deep tissue, reiki and stretching. It has been ages since I received a massage, but I’ve been having problems with my right arm and shoulder. She had a goji berry juice waiting for me, plenty of water and her space is so cozy! During the massage, she felt what I had described and skillfully moved energy around, giving my body a much needed rest. Afterwards we talked about the blocked energy and ideas to help heal it even more. I left feeling rested, vibrant and my physical body felt flexible and my pain had eased considerably. I highly recommend Clairissa if you need body work, her depth of knowledge made me confident I was in good hands.
