Vida is amazing! When you step in you feel nice and warm and relaxed with how nice the place it set up. I did a facial and head spa treatment for the first time and it was amazing! I'll definitely be coming back for more. Vida was fantastic, and I also work with Vernell who is an amazing massage therapist.

Pui is the best massage therapist I've ever been to. I had a lot of entrenched knots and she has worked out almost all of them it's wild. She's great at doing serious deep tissue but that's what I'm asking for, I'm sure she can be gentle if requested too!

Went to Vida for the first time today and saw Pui for the special: one hour deep tissue massage/one hour facial, head and neck massage. Pui did an amazing job and I will definitely be back! It was my first time getting a deep tissue massage with stretching involved which helped with a lot of my soreness. Super relaxing experience and easy to schedule.

Do yourself a favor and book the Thai combo massage. This didn’t feel like a luxury treat—it felt like something my body genuinely needed. The care, energy, strength, and stretching were incredible and so thoughtfully done. The space is clean, cozy, and welcoming. Make sure to give yourself a few extra minutes for parking. You’ll thank me later.

This was my first time; my massage therapist was Vernell and he definitely has magic hands!! I could feel him really work out my knots which I feel a lot of therapists don't do for me. I will definitely be back!
