I truly enjoyed my first experience doing float therapy. One suggestion for future clients would be that showering afterwards is highly recommended, so bring personal hygiene items to continue your day. Unfortunately, I didn’t have a brush or deodorant with me and didn’t have time to go home before my plans.

Did an infrared sauna and float the other day. The sauna was great. Entering the float area, I noticed a very strong smell- mildew/moldy/dank smell. I brushed it off as being in a basement in an older building and continued on with my float. The smell was pretty distracting the entire float session. I showered before I left, showered well when I got home, and can still smell the smell in my hair. So it wasn’t the basement, it was the water. Makes me wonder how clean what I was floating in was.

I was able to get an acupuncture appt within one week. When I arrived I was greeted and sat in the community room right away. Everyone was pleasant and answered all my questions and listened when I explained what I was hoping to receive from my appt. I am looking forward to trying other services such as the sauna and massages. Only draw back is, There are only two spots for parking, otherwise it’s Street parking, which will be interesting in the winter.

I booked a massage here for the first time and Nefertiti was my massage therapist. After we spoke about my problem-areas, she worked her magic and did a phenomenal job with my massage. The amount of pressure was perfect and she knew exactly where to go to relieve all my tension. I can't recommend Nefertiti enough if you want the perfect massage.

This was our first time experiencing acupuncture, and Sarah made us feel completely at ease from start to finish. She is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything, ensuring we felt comfortable throughout the entire session. Beyond the treatment itself, she shared valuable insights on balancing our energy to help extend the benefits of acupuncture. We left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and eager to come back. Highly recommend Sarah to anyone looking for a skilled and caring practitioner!
