Staff are super nice and helpful and the facility is world-class honestly (I visit bath houses in every city I visit and Watershed Spa stands out among the best of the best for comfort, cleanliness, design and feel)

Best massages, deeply relaxing atmosphere, and a great sense of balance after the pools, sauna, steam room, and tea❤️ I love the salt scrub and lotion to use as well, also music and how quiet it is, and the scenery. The bathrooms and dressing rooms are so clean and they use good products. The details make this place amazing, so excited to go everytime❤️

Very cute space, took a while to get a reservation for a day that worked, hopefully easier to get a reservation with their expansion coming. PARKING was my only iffy thing about being downtown, it’s a quiet area but street parking is a must so be aware of that. (They provide towels/flipflops/combs/body wash/salt scrub/water/tea - I recommend bringing your own lotion for after drying off)

I really wanted to love Watershed Spa, but unfortunately my experience was overwhelming and uncomfortable. I went on a Wednesday morning alone because I assumed it would be less busy, which is not their fault, it is my fault to assume that because it was definitely busy. It was crowded and there was barely any privacy. The lockers are located in a very small hallway and men and women are not separated, which made it feel chaotic and exposed. It did not feel relaxing at all. I have been to bathhouses where soaking areas are separated by identifying gender, which creates a much calmer, safer, and more private environment. In comparison, this felt more like a gimmicky couples retreat than a peaceful bathhouse experience. The staff was kind and polite, which I appreciated. However, there was a confusing mixup with my service. I was told the massage therapist would come get me, so I dried off and fully changed back into my clothes. No robe was provided beforehand, which would have made much more sense. When they finally came to grab me, the misunderstanding became clear. I explained that I did not want to put my wet swimsuit back on, and only then was I offered a robe. By that point I was already dressed and honestly so overwhelmed that I decided to leave. I ended up paying for my massage scrub service without receiving it, which I was fine with because I just wanted to get out of there. For me, it did not feel relaxing or thoughtfully organized.

I found HEAVEN 😍 Absolutely fabulous! Fantastic! Will exceed your expectations!! I can’t say enough good things about how amazing the people are, the ambiance, and the experience!! My masseuse was Kelly and she was phenomenal!! Seriously the best!! I’ve had dozens of massages from dozens of different places and I have to say this one was definitely one of the best I’ve ever had!! From the pressure she used, the areas she focused on, the music was very relaxing, and the bed/table was extremely comfortable and the perfect temperature!! The bathhouse experience was PHENOMENAL!! That was the most relaxing environment and experience I’ve ever had!! I can’t wait to go back!!! 😍😍
