Amplify Brows Plus

I recently got my eyebrows done with Amplify Brow Plus and I am in love with the result! As a person with thin to nonexistent eyebrow, I was so nervous but she did an amazing job on the nano combo. She was super nice, attentive and so knowledgeable that I knew I was in good hands. She was so thorough during process, checking in and ensuring I was happy with the results. It felt super reassuring that she cares about her clients a lot. Mornings have been so much easier now that I can skip the brow part. I will definitely be going back to her for any future eyebrow appointments. I recommend Amplify Brow Plus to anyone who is interested in getting their brows done.

I was a nervous first-time client, and she specifically told me to come with my brows done — so I did. As a professional, she is responsible for mapping and making sure brows are as symmetrical as possible. She did measure the length, so I trusted she would also check the width and overall balance to ensure even results. I thought coming with my brows filled in was simply to give her an idea of how I prefer them shaped, but her job is to perfect and refine them — because this work stays on my face for a long time. I do not appreciate her trying to shift the blame onto me, especially knowing that I was nervous and had told her this was my first time. On top of that, I was there as one of her models, which made me even more anxious. That’s exactly why I relied on her to handle the mapping and sculpting correctly. That’s her job, and it’s the reason I paid for this service. I also want to note that my ID was never checked and I never received the aftercare instructions she said she’d send — both of which are basic parts of a professional service. I later found Facebook reviews where other clients mentioned they came in with their brows already done, and she still fine-tuned and adjusted them to be more symmetrical. That is exactly what I expected as well, but unfortunately, it wasn’t my experience. To her credit, she did give me a refund even though it’s not part of her policy. But to me, that only further proves she knew something wasn’t done correctly. At the same time, she still tried to place some of the responsibility on me instead of fully acknowledging the issue — which shows pride rather than accountability.

My mom loves her brows! She’s always been a thin brow baddie and have wanted ombré brows for the longest! For her birthday my sister and I purchased her a gift certificate to Amplify Brows. I was picky with who I trusted to do my mom’s brows. I followed a handful of brow artists but only trusted Pa to do my mom’s brows. Thanks, Pa for making my mom’s brow dreams come true. 🥰

I had a very uncomfortable and unprofessioal experience. The owner took a photo of my ID on her personal phone and kept it, which I was not informed would happen or why it was necessary. This alone raised serious concerns about privacy and professionalism. As i tried to book with her, I felt pressured to leave a deposit, which was treated more like a non-refundable retainer rather than a simple booking hold. I ultimately chose not to proceed with her services. We discussed nano brows, which is what I specifically wanted, but she repeatedly pushed nano combo instead, despite me clearly stating I was not interested. It felt more like a sales push than a consultation focused on my preferences. Additionally, her approach relies on free-form drawing, which did not inspire confidence. This method suggests limited adaptability to different brow shapes and facial structures, and it contributed to my decision not to move forward. Overall, the experience lacked professionalism, transparency, and respect for client boundaries. I would not recommend this business at all.

Omg! I love my brows! Pa did an amazing job! She was very patient, attentive and professional with the entire process! I’m definitely a lifetime customer!
